Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the product is at least 50% full to be eligible for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our laboratory team inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
